Well folks, I've finally decided to move this blog over to Blogger/Blogspot, which actually has the word "blog" in it, and doesn't have that 13-year-old-girl patina that shimmers off so many of Diaryland..er...diaries. Don't get me wrong, d-land has been good to me. But Blogger is just more my speed.

My new home is Republic of Dogs, and I very much hope that whoever bothers to read my crap here will come on over and read my crap there. I'll keep this site for a while, but I won't be updating it anymore.

This was my first blog ever, and I will miss it. In honor of this space, I'd like to post (once more) the poem from which I took this blog's name:
