Today is the County Commissioners� Meeting, and staff from this agency and all of the other AIDS services agencies are going down to yell at them about Anna Resendez�s dumb ass and the fact that the County has been sitting on $463,108 of Ryan White Title I money to help poor people with HIV & AIDS. The really fun part of this whole mismanagement fiasco is that if we don�t spend the money we get, the Federal Government will assume we don�t need it when calculating next year�s allocation.
